We are excited to be offering art classes for youth ages 5-12 at the Angier Parks & Recreation building. Art classes provide students with the opportunity to explore and learn through many different mediums. It is a fun way to help your child develop self-esteem and problem-solving skills. It allows children to express their individuality, while learning about famous artists and different art techniques.

The art instructor, Tammy McLean, is a certified art and regular classroom teacher with the North Carolina Public School System. She holds degrees in Commercial and Graphic Art, Art Education, and Elementary Education.

Classes are offered on Monday or Wednesday afternoons from

5:30-6:30.  Classes are held in the Angier Parks and Recreation building. Parents must sign-in and sign-out their child when they drop-off and pick -up.
